Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, orders typically enter processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the performance of Lunaro products and recommend using them for a minimum of 21 days before requesting a return. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return the product anytime after the 21-day period and within 60 days of delivery.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken.

Damaged outer packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item itself is intact.

If your item arrives damaged:

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, Lunaro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

For delivery issues such as delays or tracking concerns, please contact the courier directly. Lunaro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
